Here's a Cleveland statistic that I think you're going to love:
Cleveland is #2 in the country for the amount of bank foreclosures on residential houses.

Whether that statistic is accurate or not, is it still not a good representation of Metropolitan Cleveland. Only about one fifth of Greater Cleveland's population actually lives within the city limits. This has created a significant "doughnut effect." Because of Cleveland's extensive suburban sprawl, statistics that apply only for the city of Cleveland are a very poor representation of the area's economy.
